This is the website for Kelly Armstrong - Certified Executive Coach, Registered Midwife, and passionate Leader in pursuit of thriving and widening the circle of belonging.

I believe that all people have the capacity for leading – as parents, as healthcare professionals, as community members. I am particularly interested in spaces of transition.  People in the early years of professional practice or taking on new roles – including the role of becoming a parent. 

These transitional spaces are ripe with possibility…and when we enter these transitional spaces with purposeful intentions and reflective practices, the capacity for learning and growth is at its’ best.

I believe that an individual’s leadership is based on their values, and naming your own values will provide you with both a strong foundation and a north star as you navigate your leadership journey.

Investing in strengthening your leadership capabilities in any domain of your life will also impact the other areas for your life – personal, professional and community.
